Took a day off today and spent it wandering about the gorgeous Manchester, VT. My mom and I ate breakfast at the Copper Grouse in the new Taconic Hotel. The food was a perfect picture, and tasted just as amazing as it looked! After filling up our bellies, we strolled around the outlets for a while before heading to Hildene, the home of Robert Todd Lincoln, for the grand tour. The house was so beautifully preserved and restored, and I can't wait to go back sometime in the summer when the gardens are in bloom! We ended the day with a chocolate treat at the Equinox resort's Marsh Tavern. A simply wonderful day!
